俺がプロデュースするなら、変なところにプライドの高いｵﾏｲﾗが来れるように、

アキバから５分でいける神田に本格的な寿司屋を作って、

強面のおっさん寿司職人を３人配置。


その中に黒髪をポニーテールにした清純そうな18歳の女の子の職人を一人配置。

亡くなった先代の父の後を継いで、職人たちに助けられてきりもりしているという設定にする。
